Mr. Burnette was very professional. He explained the products he was using and was on time. He worked fast but very efficiently. I love that my carpets now look new, despite being over 10 years old and with very hard stains and odors that he was able to remove. The drying time was amazing and there was no residue! The best part of this entire experience is that my crawler can now crawl on the carpet without this mommy cringing at the thought of him touching dirty carpet. I cannot recommend Ray enough!

So happy with the service! I have an off-white couch that needed some TLC after my dog got her muddy paws all over it. Ray was able to get the dog hair out and brighten up my couch to its original color. The couch dried so fast, too! So thankful for his help.

We called Ray to come out and do the carpet in all of the rooms upstairs and the stairs. We have a lot of dog hair and he was able to get all of the hair and mud stains out. Our carpets look great and they dried super fast, which was really convenient. Highly recommend!! Thanks for your help Ray.

Awesome service. Great communication. Cleaned my carpet and an area rug. I am very pleased with the quality of work. Our carpet is 25 years old, with some stains from years of heavy traffic, but Ray was able to remove quite a bit of the stains. Thanks EcoDry for doing such a great job I highly recommend!
